day trip

took a break from repacking to accompany twinpophub on a daytrip up north.

the once-rice-fields-now-lakes are quite disconcerting.

on a lighter note, how cute are these mini pedicabs with motorized li'l pulling person?

it's for kids, yes.  guy on pedicab is the operator of the ride...

i'm in the new 'skygarden' in SM north edsa... their answer to trinoma.  (although they're gonna bridge the two together, they say).

although ankle-deep water isn't exactly the most relaxing image right now...

veggie resto + wine deli

we were able to eat in corner tree cafe... too bad you weren't there since i know you want to try it too... let's go back!

this is what twinpopbro had... it's some spinach egg cheese pot pie sumthn sumthn...

this is what i had... the japanese meal with mushroom and veggie maki with brown rice... miso soup.... and seaweed salad. yum!

shortly after that meal had a meeting in this place called alexa's in salcedo village.

they serve dean & deluca tea...

and it's part deli, part wine bar.

people in this office building are lucky to have this just below them... very ally mcbeal don't you think?
