and speaking of a BIG year, i started the year with the BIGGEST GIG of all...... as the assistant costume designer for The Bourne Legacy filming in Manila!!!

4 weeks of filming, in different locations in Manila, working with BIG stars and BIG hollywood designers and artists is an experience i will never forget.

unfortunately, i can't post any photos from the filming yet, but here's a souvenir photo with the costume crew i worked with - taken in our wardrobe truck :)  WOOT!

i think i'll be on a high from this all year! :) 

it was berry fun!

happy halloween, sis!

finally got to partake in some of the family's traditional halloween parties.

first, in our place... a quick 3-lobby (there are 4 lobbies but we only made it to 3) trick-or-treating with friends.

what's so cool are the treats! they're all so personal! none of that junk candy!

inside... serpent elexir, bat droppings, earth worms and eye of newt!

there were also all sorts of practical stuff, toys and even a book!

even the dogs had a treat for the trick or treater!


lastly, we were at lola's for the traditional halloween dinner.

harajuku fever!!!

my gosh.  that had got to be the craziest saturday.

first our evanglista, then spaghetti lunch with my messy bessy girls, then the book fair and then this: a harajuku party!!!  

it was for the 19th birthday of my nieces-in-law.

unlike the titos, titas, nephews, nieces who went full-on!
