back to the willie obsession...
twinpophub bought this magazine the other day. inside it is a sooooper long article about willie and his kayamanans (took him 2 hours to read it -- and he's a fast reader!).
as per kris aquino, the mag sold 250,000 copies -- at P100 each -- imagine that!
isa na si twinpophub sa suckers...
i didn't get to read it because twinpopsis2 borrowed it.
anyway here are some pages from the mag:

some more points:
- he has a guest house + a room for 40 drivers, in case his guests choose to stay in over night
- he's a bit of a chauvinist (as per his interview in the mag), and it's not surprising if you've seen the show (heard the songs sung there, heard his comments to the girls, etc etc.)
- he makes money from abscbn, from the advertisers (who pay him directly), from a travel agency he put up in the states for the pinoys who want to come home to watch the show live.
- with what seems to be an exploitative show (to women, to the poor, etc.), why do people adore him? what's his charm? what does this say about us filipinos? hmmmmm.....
