A spinning class along with pilates and yoga will make for a well balanced routine, thereby allowing for more "guilt free" macarons to be enjoyed :)
hey thanks anonymous :) i did go to spinning class before.2 questions: does spinning make your calves big?and, how many times a week do you suggest? 2 yogas and 2 pilates sessions are a handful already.thanks!
