rockwell rocks!

well look no further, royce is opening here... saw the boarded up soon-to-be store in the old site of the apple store in rockwell.  woohoo!

i love rockwell!

not just because of housing royce, but also because of its many clever innovations.

like covering their construction sites with faux leaves...

or the tennis courts atop the mall...

or live music for everyone (which other malls have followed suit)...

or the annual giant christmas tree (that's me and the messy bessititas nagkokodakan during my birthday 'bloh-out')

and now these enchanting floating christmas trees :)
