keeping fit

yesterday i officially started going back to my fitness regimen.

my new plan: 2 days pilates, 2 days yoga every week. i hope i do it!

here's how my first day looked:


flower seems to be more into it than me.

A spinning class along with pilates and yoga will make for a well balanced routine, thereby allowing for more "guilt free" macarons to be enjoyed :)

hey thanks anonymous :) i did go to spinning class before.

2 questions: does spinning make your calves big?

and, how many times a week do you suggest? 2 yogas and 2 pilates sessions are a handful already.
