golden spoon frozen yogurt :) there are 2 branches now -- in magallanes (near starbucks & rustan's grocery) and in shangri-la mall (at the main entrance).

Thought I was doing my body good by eating fat-free...until I realized how "fat-full" and sugary the toppings were that I put on top of the fat-free yogurt. I gotta take it easy next time and just stick to the fruit toppings.
yes yes.. stay away from toppings! get fruit if you haven't had your fruit servings for the day... but best to just stay pure :)
