venice, metro manila

on a less tasteful note, i heard from a "reliable source" that The Venetian hoteliers are setting up in the 'pagcor bagong nayong pilipino entertainment city' (could the name be any longer?)... 

if this is true, these are some of my thoughts:

1.  not exactly how i would have wanted the direction of our tourism to go but anyway... 

maybe since pagcor is so rich, they can donate in rebuilding nearby intramuros with its 7 cathedrals destroyed during the war?

2.  this would be super for our day-deprived call center agents.  they should go as far as building indoor resorts just like the skiing one in dubai.

3.  how fun.
